Building The Project

Phase 2: Construction Contract

  • The Construction Contract is signed, this document includes final pricing, a payment schedule and construction time line.
  • Blueprints are submitted to the city and building permits are obtained.
  • Field Crew and Trade Contractors are introduced to the Homeowners, work is commenced with ongoing onsite project management and city inspections.
  • Procurement of amenities, which includes assistanace in specifying and shopping for items such as tile, granite, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, bath fixtures, paint selections, etc.
  • Contractor/Client walk-throughs are conducted weekly, managing the expectations of the Client and addressing any technical issues that may arise.   All work is complete including punch list….Enjoy!
