Our Design/Build program is for those who need help developing their dreams while at the same time controlling their budget. This program allows our clients to meet with our design team during the developmental stages of their project, balancing the design vision with the client’s budget.
Kitchens
Today’s kitchens are the gathering place for family and friends and can be the design focal point of our homes. Kitchens today are open, airy and well lighted spaces that draw people and combine functionality, hospitality & beauty. No longer is it just a place to prepare meals, but has evolved into a place to gather, socialize and work. Great rooms are very popular allowing different activities to take place in the same living space. It takes attention to detail and a commitment to the vision to turn a dream into a functional, beautiful gathering space. Space planning, cabinet and counter top specifications, flooring, lighting and appliances are a few of the many details that go into making a beautiful and functional space.
Baths
Bathrooms have become a place of retreat and relaxation. Barrier free areas with extra large showers, soaking tubs, steam rooms, saunas and heated floors are a few of the amenities asked for in today’s bathroom. If more space is desired for storage or a larger shower, many times this space can be attained by annexing a closet or other adjacent space. Lighting is very important whether it is achieved by fixtures, windows, skylight or a shared light source. Choice of surfaces, textures and colors are limitless. Decorative tiles are jewels that can set the tone of the bath, you’d be amazed that just a few strategically placed tiles can go a long way…less is more!
Room Additions
We provide services ranging from design, construction drawings, permits, construction, interior and exterior finishes. Our goal is to design an addition that will complement the existing structure and the property; while at the same time having minimal impact on the surrounding neighbors. Room additions can add square footage and value to your existing home without the additional expenses incurred in the purchase of a new home. This is especially attractive in our current economy for growing families and extended families.
