Interior Design

Whether your personal style is contemporary, classic or art nouveau; design should respond to your tastes and needs.  Our homes are a combination of art, science, natural materials and craftsmanship.  It is our intent at Strong to improve the mental and physical well being of our clients while providing them with a seamless remodel.

The design process takes much longer than most people realize, but it is the most important part to the successful outcome of a project.  The more detailed the plans, and the more materials specified, the fewer surprises and the closer you will be to your budget.  At Strong we have a library of design binders for our clients use.  These binders can be very helpful in developing project details.

Reworking an existing footprint may be all you need to make your space work for your lifestyle.  Sometimes less is more; downsizing doesn’t mean downgrading.  A big design can happen in a small space.  Sustainable design can be achieved while still preserving the integrity of the homes original architecture.  Consider the needs of your household, such as work, school, hobbies, entertaining and holidays. Develop a wish list for your new space.  Browse decorating magazines, and catalogs.

Remodeling In Phases

Often a major remodel can be broken into phases, but a master plan is essential.  As a Client’s resources and lifestyle may change over a period of time, developing a strategic plan  can help reduce the remodeling expenses.  Our knowledge of the trades and costs help us guide the Client so the phases are not redundant or overlapping.

Testimonial

“We drew up plans of what we thought we wanted and provided a prioritized “wish” list to three local contractors. Based upon their knowledge of our neighborhood, innovative suggestions, and a very detailed presentation, we signed a contract with Strong Construction.”
